Very conveniently located for air travellers. Very quiet surroundings, you wouldn't know you are next to an airport. Friendly service at reception, offer of value of breakfast to be applied against cost of supper was truly appreciated. Supper and service were excellent. Free WiFi Internet in your room is always appreciated.
Musty smell in the room, the rug should be removed. There was also a slight smell in the bathroom. A little difficult to find your way inside the hotel. Access by car to entrance of hotel is also slightly confusing Booked.net reviews are not fair to this hotel: we will surely return and recommend it to others.

Breakfast, which was included in the rather high room price. There was a good selection of hit dishes, eggs to order and lots of fruit and cereal.
Wake-up call 45 minutes earlier than requested. This completely eliminated the benefit of staying at the airport hotel. We would have been much better off to have stayed another night in Guadalajara at half the price in a nicer, quiet hotel and taken a taxi in the morning. The Casa Grande is a tired old hotel with worn furniture and tired staff. There was noise all night from other rooms (thin walls), staff and customer conversations in the hallway (thin doors), doors slamming (no door closer controls), noisy pipes (1950s plumbing) and aircraft (single pane windows).

Proximity to the Airport directly across the street. Location is perfect. Large size of the room. The bed was clean and comfortable.
The Hotel is a bit dated. It could use some "freshening up" The restaurant should get rid of the televisions and have some easy listening music to enjoy, plus the lights could be dimed a bit. Hallways could be lit up more than they were. It was actually quite dark getting around the corridors.
